If you have not yet reviewed our Terms of Sale and Shipping Information, please do so before placing your order so that all your questions will be answered.

We make every effort to keep our inventory updated in a timely manner. Please understand that unfortunately we cannot guarantee any given book or item will be in stock when you place your order.

After we've received your order (via email, snail mail, or phone), we will promptly determine that the book or item you are interested in is in stock and will provide you with an invoice via email, phone, or snail-mail, per your preference indicated on your order form. The invoice will detail the book's list price and the amount of the shipping method you've chosen, plus the cost of USPS insurance if you've chosen that. USPS Delivery Confirmation is included in the shipping quote for shipments within the USA.

Please respond to the invoice within two (2) business days of receipt to confirm you want the book, either via email to tibooks@yahoo.com or by calling us at 503-851-9873.

Once we have received your response, pending receipt of your payment, we will put the book on hold for:

Individuals – seven (7) business days

Libraries – four (4) business weeks

Booksellers – two (2) business weeks.

Please make your full invoiced payment by the end of the time frames above, depending upon your status. The time frames start from the date of your order confirmation.

We accept the following payment types:

We are able to accept credit card payments ONLY via Paypal.

Under-payments cannot be processed and will delay shipping of your books.

You may also phone us at 503-851-9873. If we are unavailable, please leave a clear message with your name, your phone number, the book you want, and the best time to reach you. You do NOT need to provide any further information in your voicemail message; we'll gather that from you when we speak with you.
